Responsibilities

• The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for meeting McDonald’s customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Leads a team of Department Managers, helps them set goals, and provides coaching and direction to improve their departments.
• May be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team for the restaurant’s future.
• Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience in high-volume locations; background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is strongly desired; must be 18 years or older.
