Job summary

Fulenwider Enterprises (KFC/Taco Bell) in Bluefield, WV is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, uphold brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction. The RGM will oversee product preparation, service quality, inventory, team leadership, recruiting and retention of hourly staff, and financial accountability, while ensuring a safe, welcoming environment.

This role requires strong communication, math and accounting skills, and prior supervisory experience in food service;

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Creates value for shareholders through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management.
• Maintains highest level of Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Hospitality by interacting with guests during peak hours and ensuring menu items are available.
• Takes active role in guest service and guest relations, monitors appearance and courtesy, and participates in marketing efforts.
• Controls day-to-day operations by tracking labor and product costs, placing orders, managing inventory, and planning weekly schedules.
• Maintains productivity through recruiting, training, and motivating hourly employees.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and performs routine maintenance as needed.
