• Ensure all staff adhere to safety, food handling, and company standards.
• Recruit, interview, and hire motivated staff for all positions.
• Train and develop Shift Leaders and hourly employees to perform at their best.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and handle disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Adjust schedules to maintain smooth operations and approve overtime as needed.
• Demonstrate a professional and positive attitude at all times.
• Communicate effectively with management, staff, guests, and vendors.
• Lead team meetings and delegate tasks to achieve company goals.
• Resolve employee concerns with tact and professionalism.
