Job summary

Cafe Rio in Utah is seeking high-energy assistant managers to lead a fast-paced, made-from-scratch kitchen and restaurant team. You’ll oversee daily operations, coach staff, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences while growing your leadership skills.

Requirements include 2+ years of restaurant management, 18+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs and stand long shifts, flexible hours including weekends/holidays; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proof of valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor restaurant team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Coach staff, manage shift operations and drive performance.
