Capstone Restaurant Group in Bristol, VA is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations with a focus on hospitality, people, and integrity. You will supervise Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members, ensuring staffing, training, and performance align with business plans.

Key responsibilities include recruiting staff, executing marketing plans, managing P/L, and maintaining high standards of service and safety.

Competenze

• 3-5 years management experience in a quick service/fast food dining concept.
• Financial/Analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Mansioni

• Recruit and hire staff and maintain a bench for future growth.
• Execute marketing plans and ensure POP and menu boards are in place.
• Train Team Members and ensure proper staffing and operations.
• Open and operate during defined business hours per leadership.
• Provide leadership to motivate and align with company objectives.
• Maintain inventory levels and equipment with approved vendors.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of restaurant operations and tech.
• Supervise staff per established policies and standards.
• Develop and motivate Managers, Shift Leaders and Team Members.
• Review preliminary P/L and query District Manager on questions.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies.
