Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or retail management, including supervising teams and overseeing daily operations.
• Skills in customer service, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive guest and team member experience.
• Ability to manage scheduling, training, and performance, and to coach team members for growth and development.
• Competence in basic business management, including budgeting, inventory control, and reading financial reports.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Capability to work on-site, including standing for extended periods and performing hands-on operational tasks as needed.
• Previous quick service or food service experience preferred; multi-unit or franchise experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or hospitality is beneficial.
