Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of management experience in the restaurant industry and be able to work flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a management position, preferably with restaurant experience.
• Able to work a standard 47½-50 hour work week, flexible hours.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure positive Guest service experience.
• Train, coach, and provide performance feedback.
• Develop and execute the business plan for the restaurant.
