Job description

Qualifications - External

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 3–5 years in management, preferably in a restaurant setting.

Hours: Able to work a standard 47.5–50 hour week; flexible hours as necessary to manage and operate the restaurant effectively; available to work scheduled days and hours as designated by the General Manager or District Manager.

Skills & Abilities:

Basic computer knowledge.

Financial and analytical skills, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Organizational, planning, and time management skills.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Abilities:

Work long hours and stand for extended periods.

Work around others in close quarters.

Move throughout the restaurant to observe operations and employee performance.

Able to lift 50–75 pounds comfortably.

Work with various cleaning products.
