Job summary

Papa John’s is seeking a General Manager to lead a restaurant’s daily operations and ensure high quality products and customer service. You will manage staff, drive sales, control costs, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED, strong leadership, and experience in restaurant management. Compensation discussed; on-site position in the local area.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Two years restaurant management or supervision experience preferred.
• Must have a driver’s license valid under the laws of the state(s) where the team member works, proof of insurance, satisfactory vehicle and the ability to drive.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality products to customers by building a system of quality with team members, ensuring each delivered product meets Papa John’s standards and reflects the customer order.
• Actively recruit customer-focused team members, train and motivate staff to exceed customer expectations and conduct timely performance reviews.
• Manage sales goals, budget comparison, and local marketing to build brand presence and drive profits.
• Ensure operations comply with policies, safety, and maintenance standards and manage inventory and cash controls.
