You will drive staffing, training, food safety, cost control, and sales growth, while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and the ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report.
• 3–5 years management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to create a positive culture and high team morale.
• Manage daily restaurant operations focusing on staffing, development, sales growth, and cost control.
• Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Develop action plans to meet company goals and objectives.
• Oversee training and development, mentor staff, and enforce standards.
