You'll execute action plans, develop future leaders, maintain safety and quality, and build community relationships to grow sales. This role requires 3-5 years of restaurant management, strong leadership, and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week.
• Background check and motor vehicle record required.
• 3-5 years of management experience required; restaurant management preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities
