Job summary

Zax LLC is looking for a General Manager to lead a Zaxbys restaurant with a strong focus on people, culture, and results. You will guide the team, plan and optimize daily operations, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of service and food quality.

The role requires 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, flexible availability, and a commitment to training and development, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and the ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and leadership to create a positive culture.
• Manage and oversee daily operations focusing on staffing, sales growth, cost management, and ensuring standards.
• Ensure restaurant delivers great experiences to guests.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, retaining, and recognizing top performers.
• Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are upheld.
• Drive sales and control labor costs while maintaining operational standards.
