Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Open availability and ability to work flexible hours.
• Strong math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Hire crew, shift leaders, and assistant GMs.
• Coach and train staff to meet certification and performance levels.
• Control food, labor, cash and controllable expenses per guidelines.
• Maintain staffing levels to cover all days and shifts.
• Prepare performance appraisals for crew, shifts, and managers.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with laws and safety.
• Provide guest service that drives repeat business.
• Report operating results and manage turnover with strong team culture.
• Handle cash register duties and money as required.
