Taco Bell Cantina is seeking a General Manager to lead a high‑volume restaurant in Wisconsin. You will build and coach a strong team, ensure top service, and drive profitable operations.

You will hire, train, and develop staff, manage scheduling and budgets, and resolve customer issues while upholding brand standards and a positive work environment. A focus on internal promotion is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 2–4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility.
• Basic PC literacy.
• Strong preference for internal promotion from Assistant General Manager.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Background check criteria.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills; strong analytical/decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own the operation of the entire Taco Bell Cantina restaurant, delivering consistent hospitality and quality.
• Build and develop a high-performing team through hiring, training, and coaching.
• Schedule team members effectively and deploy staff to meet business needs.
• Address customer issues promptly and professionally; implement service improvements.
• Manage the restaurant budget and financial plans to maximize profitability.
