Job summary

HOUSEpitality Family is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-volume, full-service restaurant in the Richmond area. You will guide a management team and 50+ staff, drive sales and guest satisfaction, and oversee labor and COGS to uphold our standards of hospitality.

The role requires a strong track record in building teams, managing P&L, and using restaurant systems. This is a full-time, on-site position with room for growth across multiple concepts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a General Manager (or 5+ years as a senior AGM) in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Proven P&L ownership: labor management, COGS, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong track record of building teams—hiring well, developing managers, and retaining great people.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall success of a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Lead a management team and 50+ hourly staff.
• Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and manage the P&L including labor and COGS.
