Qualificações

• Responds to competitor activities aimed at diverting store business.
• Develops and executes plan to improve sales and profits.
• Maintains budget goals and communicates variances to leadership.
• Trains and develops store management and crew to meet quality standards.
• Ensures customer satisfaction through service, product quality, and cleanliness.

Formação académica
