Responsibilities

• Protects the McDonald's brand by ensuring restaurants meet QSC standards, food safety standards, and labor laws.
• Demonstrates Customer-First Service by monitoring shifts, taking corrective actions, and recognizing successes.
• Coaches restaurant managers and leadership teams to execute the 12 restaurant systems for consistent QSC results.
• Collaborates with ROIP experts to review systems and implement improvement plans.
• Ensures action plans are executed in each restaurant to meet targets and drive improvement.
• Oversees Local Store Marketing, national and co-op promotions, and rollout of new products and processes.
