Author & Edit Hospitality in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations with strong leadership, elevating the guest experience and hospitality standards.

You will develop talent, implement procedures, and train teams while driving performance. A Restaurant Leadership Bonus Plan with a target of 20% of base salary is available, paid quarterly.

WhatYou’llDo

You will providevisible leadership to management and employees while generating a restaurant atmosphere focused on great hospitality where the expectations of the guests arealways exceeded.You will help develop key employees, implement standards and procedures, provide quality training, and develop talent.You are eligible toparticipatein a Restaurant Leadership Bonus Plan. The target bonus opportunity is set at 20% of your base salary and will be paid quarterly.
