What You’ll Do

The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight of day-to-day operations. You will provide visible leadership to management and employees while generating a restaurant atmosphere focused on great hospitality where the expectations of the guests are always exceeded. You will help develop key employees, implement standards and procedures, provide quality training, and develop talent. You are eligible to participate in a Restaurant Leadership Bonus Plan. The target bonus opportunity is set at 20% of your base salary and will be paid quarterly.

Who You Are

• 5+ years’ experience in a high-volume restaurant leadership role
• An open, curious mind with a desire to deliver a tailored guest experience with a hospitality every time mindset
• Ability to provide leadership and direction contributing to the success of the hotel through engaging, developing, and mentoring individuals and the restaurant teams
• Willingness to learn and accommodate changes in the industry
• Strong ability to analyze data, product inventory, and control of costs
• A get-it-done approach and an entrepreneurial spirit
• Professional, yet comfortable with candid and open to and acting upon feedback – all with the guest and employee experience top of mind
• Exceptional communication skills with a keen eye for detail
• Highly responsive and collaborative, a team player who approaches work without ego

Pay Range: $115,000 USD - $130,000 USD
