Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager for one of our Parkersburg, West Virginia locations. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead Team Members and shift leaders, and ensure a hospitality- and people-focused environment while meeting business goals.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining health and safety standards. Competitive salary is USD 45,000–55,000 per year with benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years management experience in a quick service/fast food dining concept.
• Financial/Analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire staff and maintain a bench for future growth.
• Ensure marketing plans are executed, including proper installation of POP and menu boards.
• Ensure restaurant is staffed properly and Team Members are trained through training programs.
• Open and operate during Business Hours per leadership guidance.
• Provide leadership with enthusiasm, positive attitude, and alignment to company objectives.
• Maintain correct inventory levels and equipment through approved vendors.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of restaurant operations and technology.
• Supervise according to established policies and standards.
• Work with and develop staff to perform at their best.
• Review preliminary P/Ls and escalate questions to the District Manager.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety and security policies for a safe environment.
