Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant operations, including food production, guest service, and experience.
• Direct crew and manager work and plan for success across People processes.
• Recruiting, Hiring, Onboarding and staffing oversight.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to meet standards of excellence.
• Budget planning, inventory management, and food ordering/cost control.
• Maintain food safety and guest/employee safety standards.
• Oversee maintenance and operational readiness to exceed standards.
