Job summary

KBP Brands, a leading restaurant group, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for our Missouri operations. You will lead a diverse team, drive profitability, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards across the restaurant.

You’ll recruit and train staff, manage schedules, control costs, review financials, and implement initiatives that support growth while maintaining a positive, inclusive culture and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of GM experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects and stand for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, security, inventory, and labor.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and AGM.
• Coach and train employees to achieve operational excellence.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure a friendly guest experience.
