KBP Brands is hiring a Restaurant General Manager for a KFC location in Arnold, MO. You will lead a fast-paced team, drive profitability, manage staff, and uphold brand standards to deliver a high‑quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move objects, stand/walk during shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash, inventory, labor, and reviewing financial reports.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant GMs.
• Coach and train employees to achieve operational excellence.
• Conduct inventory counts biweekly.
• Maintain a clean, guest‑friendly restaurant with quality products.
