Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Minimum of 2 years restaurant work experience in a supervisory position.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Experience in team building and training.
• Excellent communication skills Open / flexible work availability.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsabilités

• Support the Restaurant Manager in operating a million-dollar plus business, delivering a positive customer experience and strong financial results.
• Manage the operations and staff of the restaurant, including policy adherence, procedures, programs and systems; participate in store objectives; ensure compliance with regulations and ethical practices.
• Provide outstanding guest courtesy and leadership to the team.
