Qualifications

• 2+ years of General Manager or senior management experience in quick‑service or fast‑casual restaurants.
• Proven track record of hitting sales, labor, and profitability targets.
• ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Own the day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and cost controls.
• Recruit, train, and develop a team of assistant managers, shift leads, and crew members.
• Drive sales performance while maintaining Wendy's brand standards for food quality, cleanliness, and guest service.
• Manage P&L responsibilities including labor cost, food cost, and controllable expenses.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations.
• Build a positive, people‑first culture that keeps employees engaged and guests coming back.
