Job summary

The Wenspok Companies, a Wendy's restaurant franchise, seeks a General Manager in Washington, DC to oversee all restaurant operations, lead and mentor staff, ensure food safety and quality, and uphold brand standards.

The ideal candidate is results-driven with strong customer focus, willing to work 50–55 hours per week, and ready to drive sales and profitability through coaching, cost control, and guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent and all documents required by state and federal law.
• Minimum 3-4 operations experience required (preferred in high volume QSR &/or fast casual concepts)
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts, incl weekends and holidays
• Valid DL in good standing & access to private trans required
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Working knowledge of cost of goods sales
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills, results oriented and customer focused
