KBP Foods, operating under KBP Brands, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Topeka, Kansas. Lead a team, drive profitability, and implement strategies to ensure high guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, manage inventory and labor, and uphold brand standards across operations. A focus on leadership and customer service will support career growth within KBP Brands.

Formación

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects and stand for extended shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, and labor.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and AMs.
• Coach and train employees to maintain operational excellence.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure a friendly guest experience.
