KBP Brands, operator of KBP Foods/KFC locations, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Bonner Springs, KS. Lead a team to deliver profits, manage operations, and ensure a high-quality guest experience. You’ll implement strategies, drive results, and mentor staff to sustain growth.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reporting.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant GMs.
• Coach staff to maintain operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct inventory counts and maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant.
