Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous management or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to communicate in English; Spanish comprehension helpful.
• Must complete the in-house management training program.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• May lift up to 50 pounds and work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fast, accurate service that models excellent hospitality.
• Assist with training, monitoring, and reinforcing food safety procedures.
• Partner with the leadership team to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Assist in managing food and labor costs.
• Assist in monitoring food inventory levels.
• Manage and maintain safe working conditions.
• Develop team members and reduce turnover.
• Provide excellent training for team members and direct reports.
• Ensure continual improvement of quality, service, and cleanliness.
