Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have management or supervisory experience.
• Ability to communicate in English; Spanish comprehension helpful.
• Proven track record in guest service, staff leadership and motivation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fast, accurate service modeling excellent hospitality.
• Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures.
• Partner with leadership to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Assist in managing food and labor costs.
• Monitor inventory levels and safe working conditions.
• Develop and grow team members while reducing turnover.
• Provide training for team members and direct reports.
• Drive continual improvement of quality, service, and cleanliness.
