Job summary

Qdoba Mexican Eats in Rogers, AR is seeking a General Manager to lead guest service and operations. You will mentor staff, manage daily restaurant activities, and partner with leadership to achieve sales goals while upholding food safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has prior management experience, excellent communication skills in English (Spanish helpful), and a commitment to training, development, and a high standard of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Management experience required; English communication essential; background check completion
• Must have valid driver license with transportation access
• Able to work long hours, including weekends and evenings
• In-house management training completion required

Responsibilities

• Maintain fast, accurate service modeling hospitality
• Assist training, monitoring, and enforcing food safety procedures
• Partner with leadership to meet or exceed sales goals
• Assist in managing food and labor costs
• Monitor food inventory levels
• Ensure safe working conditions
• Develop team members and reduce turnover
• Provide training for team members and direct reports
• Drive continual improvement of quality, service, and cleanliness
