Job summary

Qdoba Restaurant, Springfield – General Manager is a leadership role in Springfield, MO. You will motivate a team to deliver fast, friendly service and maintain high hospitality standards while managing operations.

The position offers a minimum annual salary of $50,000 plus bonuses, with benefits including PTO, 401k with employer match, health insurance, meal discounts, uniforms and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; background check criteria apply.
• Previous management or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to communicate in English; Spanish comprehension helpful.
• Must complete in-house management training program.
• Valid driver license with transportation access; driving requirement.
• Must be able to reach, lift up to 50 pounds; varied shifts including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fast, accurate service that models excellent hospitality.
• Assist training, monitoring, and reinforcing food safety procedures.
• Partner with leadership to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Assist in managing food and labor costs.
• Monitor food inventory levels.
• Manage and maintain safe working conditions.
• Develop team members and reduce turnover.
• Provide excellent training for team members.
• Ensure continual improvement of quality, service, and cleanliness.
