Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Silver City, NM seeks a General Manager to lead store operations, drive results, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will oversee staff, food safety, inventory, and image standards while focusing on attendance and punctuality.

Valid driver’s license and prior management are required. Responsibilities include recruiting and developing the team, managing P&L, controlling costs, and seeking opportunities to grow sales and profits.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required).
• Customer Service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results - Including, but not limited to: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
