Responsibilities

• Consistently review operations and manage staff to identify problems and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide coaching and feedback to employees and assess performance on an ongoing basis.
• Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensuring staff engage guests to understand needs.
• Manage the restaurant to meet standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
• Monitor product and labor costs to stay within goals and schedule templates.
• Train and coach staff on customer service principles and practices.
• Follow policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety/security.
• Implement new marketing promotions.
• Conduct staff and weekly meetings.
• Identify employee weaknesses and retrain as necessary.
• Handle weekly paperwork, inventory, product ordering, scheduling and labor.
