Job summary

McDonald’s Cumberland is seeking a General Manager to lead a restaurant with a guest-first mindset. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of McDonald’s management experience; previous GM experience is preferred but not required for qualified internal applicants.

As part of an 18-restaurant franchise, you would help steer operations, drive growth, and uphold the family-owned culture that our leaders built, with clear pathways for advancement and dedicated training programs.

Qualifications

• Must have guest-first mentality.
• At least 1 year of previous McDonald’s management experience.
• Previous GM experience is recommended, but all applications with McDonald’s management experience are welcome.
