Qualifications

• Requires 1+ year of restaurant management or supervision experience.
• Serv Safe certification recommended.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervising approximately 40 team members (location dependent) and holding them accountable to duties and performance.
• Responsible for hiring, interviewing, onboarding, training, and developing hourly team members.
• Build team member schedules and manage using scheduling software.
