Lancaster Wings, Inc. is seeking talented Managers to join our Buffalo Wild Wings team, a fast-paced, high-energy sports bar known for great wings and guest experiences.

As a Buffalo Wild Wings Manager, you will supervise roughly 40 team members, hire, train, schedule, and uphold standards while driving sales and profitability in a fun environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in restaurant management or supervision in a high-volume setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21+ with reliable transportation.
• Serv Safe certification recommended.
• Strong customer service and guest satisfaction focus.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervising approximately 40 team members and holding them accountable to their duties.
• Hiring, interviewing, onboarding, training, and developing hourly staff.
• Creating and uploading staff schedules using HotSchedules.
• Enforcing company standards, codes of conduct and legal requirements.
• Managing tasks vital to the operation of the sports bar.
• Maintaining safety, sanitation and quality across shifts.
• Resolving guest concerns and handling conflicts professionally.
• Producing daily/weekly/monthly reports and optimizing labor and costs.
