Slim Chickens is hiring a General Manager to lead a single restaurant’s daily operations and manage the team to deliver outstanding guest service. The GM will oversee financial results, staff development, and compliance with company policies, with flexibility for long and irregular hours as needed.

The position is full-time with a base salary in the $60k–$65k range plus bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure company standards for quality food, service, and sanitation.
• Supervise management and hourly staff.
• Assign and direct daily work responsibilities for staff.
• Maintain restaurant equipment and grounds in good condition.
• Meet budgetary expectations, including cost control and staffing.
• Reconcile cash registers at open and close and deposit receipts.
