The role focuses on accountability, cost control, and building a positive, engaging workplace while managing budgets and reports for a single location.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–3 years of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Willing to work up to a 50-hour workweek including weekends.
• Must have access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Creates a fun, high-energy restaurant service environment that exceeds guest expectations.
• Communicates and follows up with guests to obtain feedback and improve service.
• Assist and resolve all guest complaints using the THANKS model.
• Ensure all calls are handled promptly and courteously.
• Directs and conducts regular team training.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
• Cross-train and develop new skills with direct reports.
• Create a workplace where team members are rewarded and engaged.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and safe restaurant; manage inventories and equipment.
• Prepare and analyze operation reports; manage budgets.
