Job summary

Denco Family in Klamath Falls, OR is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and lead a team toward profit goals. You will manage staff development, ensure brand standards, implement local marketing, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced hospitality environment. A minimum of 3 years in management is expected, with a focus on guest service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail management.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Food Safety Manager certification required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 55 hours a week.

Responsibilities
