You will plan budgets, supervise food and beverage quality, hire and train a high-performing team, and collaborate with marketing to build strong local buzz while upholding safety and service standards.

A bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years of relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8–10 years of relevant experience; must meet licensing requirements.
• Minimum age: 21 years.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, time management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding guest service and contribute to business success.
• Experience planning and managing complex responsibilities.
