You’ll oversee guest experience, guest obsession, speed of service, and P&L management, while ensuring food safety and compliance. This role requires scheduling across lunch, dinner, and weekends and a passion for people development.

Qualifications

• Restaurant management experience required.
• Experience with scheduling, P&L management, and food safety.
• Experience with sales forecasting and recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed – uphold top-notch standards of hospitality
• Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and guest experience
• Manage recruitment, people processes, and performance
• Train and develop crew, leads, Apprentices using training tools
• Direct team to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders
• Oversee daily restaurant operations including scheduling and P&L
• Maintain clean dining room and guest readiness
• Uphold food safety and compliance standards
• Drive overall financial success with sales and cash flow plans
• Work a schedule including lunch, dinner, weekends
