Job summary

SSP America in Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a full-service restaurant and bar in a high-volume setting. You will oversee front of house and kitchen operations, drive cost controls, and mentor a diverse team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of full-service restaurant management, familiarity with Utah liquor regulations, and strong computer skills including MS Office and POS systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or coursework preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-service restaurant management experience required; culinary background desirable.
• Must be familiar with Utah Liquor regulations.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and POS systems.
• Effective organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities.
• Ability to interact with executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members.
• Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, peers and direct reports.
