SSP America in Salt Lake City International Airport is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a full-service restaurant and bar in a high-volume environment. You will manage front-of-house and kitchen activities, drive cost controls, develop the team, and ensure excellent guest experiences while adhering to Utah liquor regulations.

Requires a high school diploma, 3+ years of management, proficiency with MS Office and POS, and strong organizational skills; salary $65,000–$75,000 with bonus

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, associate’s degree or equivalent coursework preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-service restaurant management experience required. Culinary background is desirable.
• Must be familiar with Utah Liquor regulations.
• Proficient level of computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
• Effective organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities.
• Ability to interact at all levels, including with executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members.
• Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports.
