SSP America is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for a high-volume airport restaurant in Salt Lake City. The role oversees all front-of-house and kitchen activities, with a focus on food quality and cost control, while leading and developing the team in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of full-service restaurant management experience, familiarity with Utah liquor regulations, and strong MS Office/POS skills.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, associate’s degree or equivalent coursework preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-service restaurant management experience required. Culinary background is desirable.
• Must be familiar with Utah Liquor regulations.
• Proficient level of computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
• Effective organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities.
• Ability to interact at all levels, including with executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members.
• Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports.
