Qualifications

• MUST have a minimum of 4+ years of General Manager experience in a QSR environment (preferably Wendy's or a similar QSR)
• Strong understanding of food ordering systems and P&L management
• Proven ability to manage teams, schedule shifts, and train and develop staff
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for leading by example
• Highly motivated with a drive to help our restaurant thrive
• Ability to foster a team-oriented culture and support staff growth
