Golden Eagle Foods, Inc. (Wendy's) is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead daily operations and drive excellence in a Fast Casual setting. You will shape the restaurant strategy, coach a diverse team, and ensure top-tier food quality, service, and cleanliness across the venue.

You will oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and development while monitoring costs, sales targets, and P&L performance to foster growth and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of General Manager experience in a QSR environment (preferably Wendy's or a similar QSR).
• Strong understanding of food ordering systems and P&L management.
• Proven ability to manage teams, schedule shifts, and train and develop staff.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for leading by example.
• Highly motivated with a drive to help the restaurant thrive.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement overall strategy for the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Lead, coach, and motivate your team to achieve peak performance.
• Manage financial performance, including controlling costs, achieving sales targets, and reading P&L statements.
• Handle all aspects of staffing, including scheduling, training, and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with all operational policies, health, and safety standards.
