Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred.
• 18 months multi-unit management experience preferred; internal candidates require 12-18 months as General Manager at Wingstop with proven success.
• Strong knowledge of QSR/Fast Casual industry operations, labor laws, food safety, and local health regulations.
• Proficient in financial analysis, staffing, and business acumen related to running a full business unit.
• Experience with local store marketing and various technology systems including Microsoft Office.
