Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Shreveport to lead a dynamic team and drive operational excellence across multiple units. You will oversee GM/AGM performance, uphold Wingstop culture, and ensure top guest experiences while delivering strong sales results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 18 months multi-unit management experience preferred; internal candidates require 12–18 months as General Manager at Wingstop with proven success.
• Strong knowledge of QSR/Fast Casual industry operations, labor laws, food safety, and local health regulations.
• Proficient in financial analysis, staffing, and business acumen related to running a full business unit.
• Experience with local store marketing and various technology systems including Microsoft Office.

• Support restaurant teams to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.

• Drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with company programs and marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with support personnel to identify and implement operational improvements.
• Develop and execute business plans to enhance restaurant performance and sales.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, analysis, and improving EBITDAR.
