Responsibilities
- Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor costs
- Ensure all financial and personnel/payroll administrative duties are completed accurately and timely
- Maintain a professional restaurant image, including cleanliness, uniforms, and appearance standards
- Ensure positive guest service, investigate and respond to complaints, and turn dissatisfied guests into return guests
- Manage shifts with daily decision-making, scheduling, and planning, ensuring high-quality food and service
- Provide guidance to employees, develop staff through feedback, performance expectations, and reviews
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of General Manager experience in upscale/fine dining
- Experience in regional or multi-unit management preferred
- Strong knowledge of front and back of house operations, including food, beverages, staff supervision, inventory, food safety, and guest interaction
- Understanding of cost and labor systems to ensure profitability
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with advanced computer and math skills
- Stable work history and strong work ethic
Pay range: USD $100,000 - $120,000 per year.
